Colleen's experience includes working over 30 years in financial management, strategic finance, public accounting and leadership. She is a CPA, has served as CFO, and brings several years of recovery experience with Bayou City Relief.
Deanna worked as a sales executive for over 25 years. In 2008, she started her own business as a career-transition coach and author helping hundreds find the work they love. More recently, Deanna ran a local Disaster Case Management Program.
A respected spiritual leader, humanitarian, and community activist, Pastor Clark brings 20 years of experience to his role of engaging and uniting congregations, especially in under-resourced communities.

A pastor and ministry leader, Jeff brings expertise in organizational development, ministry partnerships, and team-building to the task of fulfilling the vision of a coalition of interconnected churches in every local community to transform the city.
Tammi's driving force is loving people and championing diversity. Living and working in diverse cultures has given her expertise in serving under-resourced communities. She is using her experience to advise coalitions on ways to effectively respond to the needs of their communities.
